The installed kleptocratic PPP is at it again. They have managed to find a way to defraud the people of Guyana during a pandemic. They used the fear of this dreaded disease to make money for themselves. These parasites have managed to find the vaccine fraudsters. How is it that they found them? There must be an evil force somewhere in our midst.
This non-elected government has no regard for the people of Guyana. The Sputnik vaccine is not authorized by any country with a semblance of credibility. I can understand that people are scared but they should not be used to enrich a few persons to the detriment of their health.

VG has documented how intermediaries have obtained the Sputnik vaccine and are re-selling it at a premium.
Through investigations in countries including Ghana, Russia, Pakistan, Guyana, and Iraq, VG has been able to document how the Russian vaccines have traveled via a sheik in the Emirates and around the world.

This individual is Mr. Per Morten Hansen.
“Currently, Hansen is indicted for aggravated money laundering following a fraud case in Belgium.
The police link Hansen to the efforts to secure proceeds in the amount of NOK 17 million. Hansen denies guilt.
Hansen is also embroiled in a longstanding dispute with the Norwegian tax authorities, that are demanding more than NOK 20 million from him and are attempting to seize a home in Holmenkollen and a cottage in Kragerø.
Hansen also secured a lesser sentence through a psychiatrist who was later convicted jointly with a psychologist in a major scandal where they had sold false medical certificates to criminals.
In September 2019, a letter is sent from Sheik Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum (34) to Steven Seagal. This is the Sheik who would later sell vaccines to Ghana.
The letter has previously been described in the magazine Kapital.

The Ministry of Health yesterday said it had not procured COVID-19 vaccines from illegal entities or anyone in trouble with the law. In a defense of its vaccine purchases, it was responding to concerns raised on Tuesday by Leader of the Opposition Joseph Harmon that the purchase of Russia’s Sputnik V vaccine from the company of Dubai’s Sheik Ahmed Dalmook Al-Maktoum had put Guyana in proximity to a wanted Pakistani national and a Norwegian fraudster. Harmon had relied on a report by a Norwegian news outlet on the two individuals. (Stabroek News, June 17, 2021).
The government is deceitful. They are lying. It is not unexpected. They are a dishonest group. Do we forget Pradoville?
In conclusion, I am appalled at the behavior of this installed cabal but am not surprised. They are a drug dealing corrupt crime family. Kleptocracy is their religion. I am still concerned about how Trump, Mercury Public Affairs, and their Caribbean accomplices stole an election and seem to be getting away with it. The opposition must take a stronger stand against this illegal government. The final deception is that they are buying vaccines that are not authorized at exorbitant prices. The people may pay the ultimate price for being given ineffective vaccines. The government could have bought AstraZeneca vaccines for a quarter of the cost of the sputnik vaccine.
