Guyana is the 51st state of the USA. The problem is that it has no state rights. It gets no transfer funds from the federal government. It only serves as a colony and resource property. The elections in the USA were the most secure, fair, and credible. The elections in Guyana were reasonably credible according to CARICOM. I asked this question many times.
